If traveling by car: Take the Shin-Midosuji (National Route 423) and then the Minoo Driveway (closed at night (10:00 PM to 5:00 AM)) and walk approximately 15 minutes from the Otakiue parking lot. Alternatively, it's about a 45-minute walk from the municipal parking lot near Hankyu Minoo Station. It's easily accessible by train from Osaka city (Umeda, etc.) in about 30 minutes, making it ideal for a day trip.
